It might be useful to remove the CPU cooler and reapply thermal paste occasionally.

Please note that 1.5v exceeds 1.2v.
Ensure you're not setting the CPU to 1.8v.
Restart BIOS to reset defaults.
Disconnect the cooler completely.
Wipe any old paste from the heatsink and CPU.
Use new thermal paste and reinstall the cooler onto the CPU.

According to CPU World, the highest safe temperature for the Ryzen 3600 is +95°C, matching that of my 7950X. This represents the typical upper limit for normal operation. It remains within acceptable bounds and does not pose a significant risk.
