Hello
I'm using NZXT Cam and Windows 11.
Every time I start the PC, the fan keeps spinning up and down between 30° and around 65° (Celsius). To keep idle temps steady at about 30°, I have to restart the computer every time.
When I shut it down, it stays off for about six hours and then comes back on with the same problem.
I've tried updating all software, contacting NZXT (they gave me a response but didn't fix it), adjusting fan profiles, doing extensive searches online, and now I'm asking you guys for help.
Do you know why I need to restart twice to stop the CPU fan from spinning up and down?
(Just restarted again before writing this post and made coffee — the CPU idles nicely between 30-32° GPU at 45°. Fans are all quiet and steady.)

if your setup indicates 65° then that explains why the fans increase speed.
your cooling units aren't hitting that heat level, yours are.
what monitoring tools are you employing for temperature checks?
consider alternative sources such as HWinfo or CoreTemp.
you should keep an eye on Task Manager to observe which processes cause temperatures to rise into the 60s.
