Hello,
I own an OC i7 5930k running at 4.4ghz with 1.325 core voltage. On Aida64 it runs smoothly without any throttling for extended periods. However, certain applications like DXO Optics Pro cause crashes, displaying a blue screen error labeled "whea uncorrectable error." Other programs are less affected, but the app continues to crash after short processing sessions. Restoring the CPU to its original speed resolves the issue.

System details:
I7 5930k
Asus x99 e ws/USB 3.1 (latest BIOS)
32 GB (16x2) DDR4 2166 RAM
Samsung SSD
2x 1070 GTX GPUs
Evga 850W PSU

Aida64 is a weak stress test; I can handle it for hours yet still fail prime95 in just two minutes. Use realbench for genuine stress testing and IBT. For heavy stress, try Intel burn-in tests—set up 50 standard passes and it starts with about 10 to 20 minutes. For thorough evaluation, aim for 20 passes which will take roughly 6 to 8 hours. Remember to keep an eye on your temperatures.
