I recently purchased a PC. The CPU's clock speed doesn't rise past 3.98 to 3.99, though it occasionally hits 4.01 for a brief moment. It runs an Intel Core i5 12400F with an RTX 3060.

Checking if it's gaming or idle. If gaming, the 4GHz audio is suitable; it stays at 4.4GHz during all core loads without changing.
