I understand the CPU can briefly increase its frequency, but your Ryzen 5 1600 reached 6.8 GHz during a short burst while normally it only turbo to 4.5 GHz. This behavior seems unusual and might indicate an issue with the monitoring software or a temporary glitch.

It's a misinterpretation, often seen with HWMonitor. Disregard it.
