Cpu isn't able to overclock. I attempted to adjust the BIOS settings for core ratio to 43, but after restarting the PC, the CPU frequency remains at 3600MHZ. Turbo mode is turned off. Vcore voltage is changing, yet the clock speed doesn't increase.
