I assembled this system and initially added a fan splitter for case fans, which functioned properly. I chose to power down the PC and managed cable connections using CPU fan headers. After rebooting, the fans produced an unusual sound resembling an infinite boot loop. When attempting to power on the machine, a red light appeared briefly on the motherboard. Despite removing everything and starting from scratch—excluding the CPU and cooler—I still couldn’t get it to boot, with only a brief red light appearing for the CPU. A "slliter" is a typo for "solder." It refers to soldering iron tools used in electronics. Yes, there are serial and parallel hook fans that connect to multiple fan pins using a controller.
