I received a fresh CPU cooler today and replaced it. When I powered up the PC, the CPU indicator on the motherboard activated, but the system failed to show any output. I've tried various solutions without success. Should I consider replacing the CPU now?

Find the correct motherboard brand by searching online for your model. Save the user manual and review its instructions on LEDs. It might mean you’ll have to adjust something.

your cooler might be the issue. check if it’s properly seated and clean any dust buildup.

MSI Tomahawk B550 max Wi-Fi is the model I’m using. I’ve tried all possible fixes and don’t know what to try next. At this stage, I’m considering replacing the CPU.

Reject this idea. Remove the CPU and examine the connectors.

Have you attempted to reset the CMOS? Returned the previous cooler? Used just one RAM stick? Built the setup outside the case on a separate box?

I gave it a shot with everything D, but I’m not sure what it is. I installed the old cooler and it didn’t power on. Adding one stick of RAM also failed. I removed the motherboard from its case and tried booting it directly, but nothing happened.
