I have a strange problem. When I move the mouse cursor, my CPU speed decreases from 4.17 to 3.86, but it returns when I stop moving it. I haven’t changed the polling rate and haven’t found a solution. I think this might be related to the mouse or its driver. My only option is to disable CPU C states, which keeps the CPU at 4.07 regardless of workload, but I don’t want that. Do you know anyone who has faced this issue? Is it really caused by the mouse? Any suggestions for fixes would be appreciated.
