I believe light dimming is acceptable; it's just a slight dimming right now. However, placing a fan near the VRM could help keep things cooler. For mild dimming I don't anticipate the output going past 4.5 or 4.6GHz, so it should be fine.
the b450 pro 4 works well with resolutions up to 1700x3700, just keep the brightness low or not at all.
