You could get a 3700X or 3900X but, in reality, waiting for a 4700X in a few months is the best solution since that's a 20% IPC improvement AND you still have the option for more cores. On a side note, do you run ads or premium servers?

I believe the temperatures are acceptable, but keep an eye on the upcoming 4000 series Ryzen processors—it’ll pay off.
