Hey there, I'm trying to figure this out. I've encountered the same issues as someone else did, and I've followed all the same steps they suggested. The only solution that worked was disconnecting everything from the motherboard and power supply except for the 24-pin connector, leaving just one stick of RAM. But when I plug it back in, the light stays on immediately after startup. I'm confused about what this means. It seems like the problem started right after I swapped the hard drives and moved the GPU to a different server. I might have forgotten to turn off the power supply or ensure all power was cut out. I'm worried this might mean the motherboard is completely damaged.
I also faced the same problem with my MSI B550m Pro-VDH WiFi. It turned out the BIOS was dead. You might try using BIOS Flashback with a USB stick if your motherboard supports it. If that fails, consider sending it back for replacement.
