I'm working on assembling a PC and noticed the CPU debug was disabled, preventing it from booting into BIOS. After reseating the components twice and replacing the CMOS battery, nothing changed. All fans are spinning, and when I removed the cooler, it would power up, shut down, restart, and then boot normally. I turned it off immediately to avoid overheating, but I'm confused about why the cooler is causing this issue. Please help—I'm new to building and this is really puzzling.

Reinstall the cooler carefully. Tighten it gently. It should still start properly.
