I recently assembled a PC, and it functions correctly once everything is set up. However, when I power it on, the CPU and DRAM diagnostic lights activate, remain visible for about 2 minutes before they disappear, and only then does Windows begin to load. All other functions of the PC operate normally afterward. Could you assist in resolving this issue?
