CPU and memory diagnostic indicators are cycling rapidly, causing your system to stop working. Motherboard model is Gigabyte Z790 UD AC LGA 1700 ATX with Intel i7-14700KF. Power supply is Manik 1000W 80+ Gold. RAM setup includes two 16GB T-Force Vulcan DDR5 modules and a GeForce RTX 4080.

This product doesn't have an 80 Plus certification report available. The label might not be genuine. Consider testing it with a different quality power supply. You could start by resetting the CMOS. Did you purchase this setup originally from Apex?
