You own four Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO sticks, but only three are functioning properly. The manufacturer advertises a limited lifetime warranty, but I’m unsure if it applies to defective units. Regarding support, Corsair’s service can be helpful even for new hardware—especially if the issue is with the RAM, which is under a year old.

The warranty is limited to your device's lifetime. Bringing proof of purchase allows you to receive service at any time. Do you have your receipt? If not, Corsair might only require the serial number for their replacement process.

I have the proof of purchase. It seems they might replace the RAM with a refurbished unit. I’m curious about the expected timeframe. The receipt doesn’t list the part number.
