The ASUS Aura Sync was available on my ASUS X99 Deluxe II board. I recall being able to adjust the effect and lighting color when the PC was asleep or powered down. Are you referring to the same board as the one in your signature, the ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme Alpha?

Late response understood, but I think the solution for this issue (ICUE 4) is to open the ICUE, navigate to the RAM, and click on hardware lighting in the left panel. Remove any color profiles there. This way, when the software isn’t running—like during sleep—the sticks should stay unlit.
