So some time ago I purchased the Corsair Katar Pro from an official seller and it has been unusual since then. The problem is that using the mouse without the Corsair iCUE software causes everything to function perfectly. After installing iCUE and tweaking mouse settings, the mouse began acting strangely—cursor vibrations, unresponsive clicks, and worsening performance. Restarting the PC resolves the issue only when iCUE is installed. Removing the software restores normal operation. Any advice on why this occurs?

What operating system are you using? If you're on Windows 10, what version are you running? It's a good idea to confirm the problem is specific to your platform. You can test this by moving the mouse to a donor system and checking if the app responds identically. Regarding your hardware, have you confirmed your motherboard BIOS is current? Are the chipset and USB drivers up to date? Consider reinstalling them through an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I looked on multiple PCs and the problem remains unchanged. Since your PC is fully up to date, should I suggest claiming your warranty?
