Hi, I recently received a new K70 Lux Keyoard with brown switches about two days ago. Whenever I turn on the red backlight, the letter V (and sometimes the slash) begins typing. As I increase the brightness of the backlight, it starts typing faster, almost as if I were pressing the key. After removing the keycaps, everything seems fine, especially without the backlight on. I don’t know what might be causing this issue and would appreciate any advice or experiences from others who have faced similar problems.

I would mark the problem as a manufacturer defect. Please record the issue and attach it to an email to the seller and/or Corsair. They should start an RMA right away after you share the evidence.

Thank you for your message! I've been experiencing some problems. I turned off the backlight and stopped auto-typing. Still, it functioned even after I turned it back on. Really appreciate it!
