I encountered some issues with my Realtek sound drivers. Initially, my laptop didn’t play any audio and headphones didn’t connect, so I assumed I needed to delete and reinstall them. After updating, they worked fine—though I reinstalled the same ones again. Over time, Windows began automatically downloading the latest sound driver updates. I didn’t notice anything unusual until a blue screen of death appeared after a few weeks. I attempted troubleshooting steps like using CMD commands and resetting the laptop, but it would reach 60% before the crash again. Even trying to reinstall Windows 10 triggered the same blue screen with the error code NOT LESS OR EQUAL. I’m struggling to figure this out.
