Whenever I increase the GPU's core voltage in MSI Afterburner, it locks the core clock at 595 MHz. After resetting, it doesn't return to normal, which makes me think I might be doing something wrong. I'm attempting to reach at least 100 MHz OC and want to confirm if this is the issue.

Are you following the standard procedure (boost power, gradually raise core clock by 10 until it becomes unstable, then increase core voltage—keeping it below 40%)?
