Hello. Your AIO cooler seems to have an issue with temperature regulation. The CPU temperature jumps from around 50°C to about 80°C in just a few seconds, which is unusual. I’ve tried swapping the pump and fans between the specified ports, but both combinations show one fan at 0 RPM, even when you enable maximum speed together. It doesn’t produce the expected noise, so it’s hard to confirm if the pump is working properly. I’m also unsure about the wiring connections, as I followed the manual but feel uncertain now. Regarding the pump itself, testing both ports with your old cooler shows movement, which suggests it might be functional, though not ideal. Given that this is your first experience with this setup, it’s possible the pump could be faulty or improperly seated.

There should be the sound of running liquid when the pump starts up. You should also be able to feel liquid flowing through the tubes with your hand. If neither are present and you see 0rpm, the pump is probably dead.

It seems like you're wondering if the device needs to be connected to the motherboard properly.

The cable from the pump connects to any regular fan connector.

The 240L v2 features a 3-pin connector for the pump and a 4-pin PWM connector for the fans. I’ll include a picture of the motherboard to show where they should be connected. The first pin should go into CPU_FAN1, and the second into PUMP_FAN1. This arrangement seems correct based on typical setups. It might be a setting in your BIOS that prevents them from turning on, so checking that section could help.

They're not connected to the power source for these images, just the pump, and since it's listed at 0 RPM, I attempted adjustments in the settings but no changes occurred.

Yes, the device is running at maximum speed and there is a button to apply or save settings.

Run at maximum speed, save and close then restart—nothing alters for these two.

I'll check what I can do regarding the seller and will follow up to note what occurred. Your ideas were appreciated.
