Run a game with HWMonitor open play for 30 minutes, then exit and check the results in HWMonitor to see the minimum and maximum temperatures your CPU reached and the GPU performance.

open task manager, go to performance section, verify it displays your 32gb usage.
also confirm that windows 10 or 11 is set to performance mode, not eco mode in power settings.
in the search bar, type "settings" and look for system > power > best performance.
