The constant experiences lag increases and high ping while using Rust.
I have 7,000 on pc rust. Three days ago I stopped playing because every server I joined had terrible ping even though I was connected via Ethernet with very fast speeds. I deleted and reinstalled rust, reset my DNS and IP address, changed the DNS server, set rust to run high priority in Task Manager, adjusted game settings, and tried other things that might help. Below is a video showing what’s happening along with my internet speeds.
I’ve tried everything I can think of and haven’t found a good solution online. If anyone can assist me, I’m really grateful. Thank you for your time.
What is meant by "7,000"? Something seems missing?
Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.
Make and model router (or modem/router if combined)?
Have you tried another known working (at speed) Ethernet cable?
On your computer run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.
Copy and paste the full results in your next post.

couldnt figure out how to increase the lease time but did everything else
Lease period adjustments are managed through the router's configuration interface.
Who possesses administrative privileges for the router? Assistance from that individual will be required.

What type of modem is being used?
pathping:
The outcomes do not align with my expectations....
Are you operating in a setting like an apartment complex, dormitory, hotel, or office building where internet access is available?
I reside in a house with a fiber connection and have admin access to the router. The modem is a DZS device, but I don't know the exact model from my ISP. Based on what I can gather, my main issue seems to be packet loss, as lag only occurs during intense games like Rust.
