I've experienced this problem since switching to Ethernet. It's been quite annoying. The network I'm connected to uses a Telus Wi-Fi 6 router with a Monoprice Cat 5e cable. It appears to be set up across multiple rooms and floors, but it's 100 feet long. I've secured it on the walls from various areas to my own space. I also use the B560M motherboard with a Realtek 2.5G adapter, which is included with the internet setup. The Realtek drivers are installed, so I'm not sure what's causing the Ethernet issues during startup.
The internet eventually functions again, though it can be annoying. You're looking for ways to prevent it from staying offline when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience. The system needs about a minute after startup for the Ethernet to begin functioning. Steam and Discord aren't opening correctly due to the slow Ethernet setup.
