The computer's USB connections drop suddenly, causing a blue screen to appear.
Hello,
I assembled a brand new computer for the first time last year, and since then, about every four times I power it on, the system occasionally disconnects the keyboard and mouse while I wake it from sleep mode. Eventually, it crashes. Restarting the machine sometimes resolves the problem, though not always. I found online that turning off the PC and touching JBAT1 would fix it, but only temporarily before the issue returns again. I have the dump files, and they were analyzed by whocrashed, which confirms the bug.

In the past, I experienced SYSTEM_THREAD_EVENT_NOT_HANDLED and other similar issues.
Checking the temperature of my computer, it seems this happens when I turn it on, not just during use. It might point to a hardware problem, but I lack the expertise to identify the exact cause. I’ve updated all drivers to my knowledge. Any assistance would be very much appreciated, as I’m exhausted dealing with this.

Looking at some logs before certain bluescreens appeared, here’s the information provided:
RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz : The network adapter is not working properly.
Miniport RZ616 Wi-Fi 6E 160MHz, {7a948e70-290d-433d-bdcb-2dcd2c0f1d31}, reported a fatal error: the miniport detected an internal issue.
I suspect a problem with the motherboard, though I’m unsure if it’s fixable or if I should send it in for repair despite buying it new with these concerns. My motherboard is the PRO b650-S WIFI, the GPU is AMD Ryzen 5 8500G, and I have 32GB of RAM installed.
I’m ready to share any crash files that might help pinpoint the cause and a solution. Thank you in advance!

After setting up Windows, I immediately turn off all power-saving features to ensure devices remain active and displays stay visible. I specifically disable the 'USB selective suspend setting' as recommended in the provided link. Then, I explore the Control Panel, Device Manager, and Universal Serial Bus Controller, checking each USB Root Hub entry and disabling its power management option. I also verify other USB devices to confirm they don’t interfere with power settings. This process applies to both Ethernet and WiFi chipsets, helping prevent unexpected shutdowns. Although these adjustments may resolve the issue when the system is running normally, I’m unsure if they’ll work after a sleep cycle. Windows is known for its unpredictable behavior during wake-up sequences. If you’re stuck, consider halting Sleep mode entirely.
