I checked my Corsair Dan hub for PWM controls but found none. When plugging in my PC, the DRAM LED lit up on my Rog Z390-F motherboard. I reset the RAM and it still didn’t work, so I cleared the CMOS which fixed it temporarily. After reinserting the GPU, it wouldn’t boot again. Removing the CMOS battery and putting the GPU in worked eventually. What could be behind this issue?
