Hello everyone,

I’m making some progress with this issue, but I'm not a technical expert and would appreciate assistance.

Problem: Following login, the computer screen freezes and then immediately restarts, resulting in minimal usable screen time – typically less than a minute.

Background: (1) My PC has operated without problems until recently, specifically within the last four days when I relocated it. It functioned perfectly at my new location and then returned home to this issue; (2) I lack a secure bracket for my SSD, causing it to remain slightly loose within the case. I was aware of this instability during the move and took precautions, ensuring it remained in a clear area at the bottom.

Observations: (1) I attempted to reconnect both cables attached to the SSD, but this did not resolve the issue or change the computer’s behavior; (2) During these recurring restart cycles, the system has displayed a blue screen error; (3) Simultaneously, during these restart sequences, the computer presented an alert regarding a memory problem, offering options to either restart or explore advanced repair tools.

The system is currently utilizing a 1TB SSD, running Windows 10 and intended for gaming with an i7 processor. Previously, there were startup difficulties, but a technician recently addressed this by clearing and updating my Windows 10 files, which resolved the problem temporarily.

Furthermore, I successfully ran a program named ‘Speccy’ before the system rebooted, and it indicated no temperature problems.
