I'm experiencing an issue with my system. The CPU is an i5 13600k, motherboard is ASUS TUF Gaming B760M plus Wi-Fi, GPU is MSI SLIM 4070TI. RAM is Lexar Ares RGB DDR5 32GB 16x2 6000MHz M.2: crucial 2TB 5000MB/s PCIe X16, PSU is 750W Thermaltake ToughPower GF A3 ATX 3.0. CPU cooler is Lian Li Galahad Trinity 240mm AIO. After restarting I press the power and see lights but RAM works fine. CMOS battery replacement didn't help. There are small burn marks near CPU contacts that are hard to see. I'm really frustrated and need advice. Please help me.
Replace your motherboard and CPU, and don’t forget to back up the PSU as well.

The burn isn't in the socket itself but appears on the CPU at the bottom. It's a very small mark that's hard to see. If you suggest replacing it, you should consider it. Ty
