I noticed in Task Manager your RAM was running at 2133 mt/s. I adjusted the BIOS to 3200mhz, but it didn’t update. Then I disabled XMP and set it back to 3200mhz, but it still wouldn’t turn on. After resetting CMOS and installing a new RAM module, I tried each one separately. My system lights up as programmed before it started acting oddly, which is unusual. The fan spins but doesn’t activate. Could you consider taking it to a repair shop like Microcenter for further diagnosis?
