Connect the CPU, cooler, and power supply to the motherboard. Power it on by connecting the power pins with a small screwdriver or paperclip. If it still doesn<|pad|>, check the PSU using the paperclip method. If the PSU works but the motherboard stays off, the board may be faulty.
