I frequently put my PC to sleep and it springs back almost immediately. This occurs even after extended periods, such as when I leave the house and return only to find it still running. In the command prompt, I ran powercfg -lastwake and received these details: *Windows 10* Wake History Count - 1 Wake History [0] Wake Source Count - 1 Wake Source [0] Type: Device Instance Path: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_15A1&SUBSYS_15A11849&REV_00\3&11583659&0&C8 Friendly Name: Intel® Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V Description: Intel® Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V Manufacturer: Intel

I believe there might be an issue with my network attempting to activate my computer.

I really dislike sleep mode on my setup. If I put it to sleep and then turn on the fan or TV in the same room, there’s a 20% chance it’ll wake up for any reason. The electrical system in my house is fine—it was just recently built. I don’t know why this happens.

It might be easier to turn it off instead.

I don’t think I need to restart everything automatically—sleep mode works best that way.

SSD should boot quickly without delays. Waiting 20 seconds isn't practical.

I discovered the fix by opening Device Manager and disabling my Ethernet adapters from turning on the PC.
