Hello everyone, the title mentions my HP Omen 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a with a Ryzen 7 5800X, HyperX ® 16 GB DDR4-3200 XMP RGB MHz RAM (2 x 8 GB), 1 TB WD Black PCIe ® NVMe TLC M.2 SSD, a Radeon RX 6700XT and an 800W 80plus Gold ATX PSU. I'm using Windows 11 Version 64 bit 22H2. The system features a 120mm AIO cooler with one 120mm intake fan at the front and one 90mm exhaust fan at the back. It functioned properly for some time before suddenly crashing randomly. When it does crash, the screen freezes and both the keyboard and mouse stop responding, though the RGB stays active and I can still hear audio through my headset. My microphone stops working, which is quite annoying. The only solution so far has been to press the power button until the PC shuts down. This is really frustrating because it occurs multiple times each hour. It seems to happen mostly while playing League of Legends, so I reinstalled League but that didn't help. Every crash triggers an error in Event Viewer like this: ACPI thermal zone _TZ.HPTZ has been enumerated. _PSV = 0K _TC1 = 0 _TC2 = 0 _TSP = 0ms _AC0 = 0K _AC1 = 0K _AC2 = 0K _AC3 = 0K _AC4 = 0K _AC5 = 0K _AC6 = 0K _AC7 = 0K _AC8 = 0K _AC9 = 0K _CRT = 378K _HOT = 376K minimum throttle = 0 _CR3 = 0K with the exact same values. I've run HWinfo while gaming, but the crash logs show CPU stays around 70°C and GPU at 50°C. I don't understand why Event Viewer claims it exceeds 100°C. HP tech support said it was due to outdated BIOS, which I updated immediately and it stopped for a week. After that, it started crashing again unexpectedly. Also, all my drivers are current. Any advice would be appreciated!
