I recently purchased a new hard drive and M.2 module. When I connected it, the PC remained in the motherboard logo for an extended period. Loading times became excessively slow, making it difficult to boot into Windows quickly. Occasionally, the drive failed to appear or disappeared entirely. I suspected a faulty drive, so I returned it for a mandatory inspection, which confirmed it was functioning properly. Testing it on my sister’s PC also worked well. What might be causing this issue? (The M.2 unit I bought with it also operates without problems.)

I've tested various cables and ports, changing them all. My system details are Ryzen 5 3600, RX 570, 16 GB RAM. I think the power supply might be the issue—my cheap 650W bronze unit could be causing problems.
