I've spent some time repositioning cables and testing the software, but nothing changed. It doesn't seem to activate when my second monitor is turned on. Sometimes I have to disconnect the PC for it to start again. Even with the case open, it doesn't appear to be a cooling problem. I have a 750W power supply, RTX 3060 GPU, Ryzen 7 3700X, Windows 10 64-bit, 2*8 GB DDR4-3200 RAM. Otherwise, I'm not sure what else would help. Thanks in advance!

I've resolved many PC issues you mentioned. The problem usually came from the power supply unit. Try using a different PSU and check if it fixes the issue.

It seems like the power supply unit is causing problems. From what I understand, the computer shuts down because the PSU isn't providing enough power when components need more. You might want to replace the PSU or check if it's defective.

I assumed the issue wasn't related to the GPU, so I checked the CPU for any anomalies (since I don’t have a backup or easy replacement). No problems were found during installation. When I turned the machine back on, it detected a new CPU and after restarting, the issue disappeared. I’m still puzzled but it seems to be working now! Your guidance was really helpful.
