His PC stopped working last night after a crash. When he tried to restart, things seemed okay for a while but then the screens began to flicker. Clusters of what looked like broken pixels appeared, and he had to reset the machine. Still, problems persisted—he couldn’t click anything and was stuck on the Windows welcome screen with missing text and an odd box at the bottom right. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
