I think it won't boot after you applied the overclock. Have you tried using the jumper on the motherboard to reset your CMOS? Depending on what you did, you might have damaged something, but that's a good beginning.

I tried to explain it to you, but I think your jumper resembles a rectangular shape and you need to place it in the other two pins. You're right, I looked online and found similar items. Sorry if I'm mistaken. Not great at this.
