When the modules/cards are spaced closely and the case is present, the issue would be resolved. Removing everything from the case and putting it on a phonebook can prevent the case from causing the short.

I figured it out. It looks like a fan was connected to both the motherboard and PSU at once, leading to a short circuit. Sorry for the mistake—I should have known better. Thanks!
