I've searched online but found no useful results. Your PC worked until yesterday when you turned it off—it wouldn't power back on. It's on when you press the power button, but your monitor shows no signal. Everything boots up, though your mouse and keyboard keep flickering in and out. I've tried reseating RAM, checking PSU cables, clearing CMOS, removing and reinserting the CPU, and even taking it out completely, but nothing resolved the issue. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
