The PC shuts down repeatedly, fans run briefly before stopping. Disconnecting the ATX CPU cable makes fans spin fully, except for the GPU. The GPU doesn’t turn on, and removing RAM and the GPU hasn’t fixed it. There’s a power button near the PSU that supplies power. It seems to work when fans and PSU are connected. BIOS or CMOS reset didn’t help.
