I recently swapped out my older processor and motherboard for a new Intel DQ67SW board paired with an i5 2500, however, after installation, the system began to repeatedly fail to boot. When it produced two beeps, I removed the graphics card and utilized the integrated video output, which resolved the looping issue. However, the system still fails to POST and my mouse and keyboard intermittently turn on and off. Can anyone assist me?

You altered both the motherboard and processor, yet continued to utilize the identical operating system without needing a complete hard drive installation. That's where your difficulties originate.

So, you need to completely erase and re-install the hard drive? Could you please explain the process to me? I apologize for being unfamiliar with these procedures.

So, does this clarify the reason for the video card error? It seemed to produce two beeps upon startup, and a quick online search indicated it’s likely due to a missing video card, causing the system to shut down and restart.

You can replicate the installation process you performed previously by utilizing your operating system’s ISO files and creating an installation that mirrors the initial setup.

I recently attempted to insert a USB drive containing my ISO file. However, the computer continues to fail to boot and restarts repeatedly. I have also removed my hard drive and solid-state drive.

To install your operating system onto an SSD, simply connect only this device and configure the USB drive in your BIOS to select "1 device" for optimal installation.

Please check if resetting the CMOS is necessary, and also provide the BIOS version of this motherboard.

It failed to function, and I swapped the battery with a fresh one. What’s happening? When I power it on, it doesn't connect, and then it immediately turns off before restarting.
