The real issue was that the system waited too long for the port to change state. This means something changed during that time, like a power switch going from sleep to wake up! I can only tell you this: the crash happened because of a USB port problem. To help more, we'd need to know your computer's specs and what you were doing when it happened. You might also want to give us several other dumps if they exist.
