After assembling my new PC, I'm encountering a significant issue: the PC shuts down suddenly and randomly. When I try to power it back on, the motherboard's LED indicates a CPU problem. I have already tried updating the BIOS, checking the correct installation of the CPU, and verifying all the cables connected to the motherboard. Below is a list of the components used. How can I resolve this issue? Is it necessary to request a return for the CPU?
CPU
: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU
: Gigabyte 4070 Super
RAM
: Lexar DDR5 32GB 6400MHz
Motherboard
: MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi
SSD
: 1TB WD_Black M.2
Cooler
: Thermalright Frozen Notte 240 BLACK ARGB
Fans
: Thermalright TL-C12C-S 120mm ARGB 3x
Case
: Corsair 4000D Airflow
Power Supply
: Corsair RM850x
Inspect the CPU landing pads for discoloration, examine the CPU socket pins on the motherboard, and review the Windows Event Viewer for any errors prior to the crash. Execute benchmark software to monitor temperatures. Determine the currently installed BIOS version. Confirm whether you installed Windows with this system. Capture images of the motherboard and PSU cabling, then upload them to a platform like Imgur and include the link here.
the required update is Windows 10 Pro. here are images showing the motherboard, power supply, and bios version:

I observe that you're employing cable extensions, likely for appearance purposes. That isn't ideal from a practical standpoint.
there are extension cords for heatsink and fans, soon i plan to purchase a hub to manage them all, i believe the issue isn't crashes either since temperatures stay consistent
I'm not certain about the Bios version you installed. The upload date listed is 9.8. 2024, but your bios shows V1.0J.
Certainly, I can clarify further. Please let me know what you need a more detailed explanation of.
The BIOS release date listed is 9/24/24. It isn't the newest version but it's fairly recent. Here are some steps you can try. Clear the CMOS, adjust the timing settings, run the system, observe the FCLK speed, restart, go into BIOS and click "save and exit" without making any changes. Then verify the FCLK in the timing again to confirm consistency. If it differs, reset the CMOS and manually set it to 1800 from the BIOS.
