I've put my PC on hold for a year and made some adjustments since I couldn't solve the issue. Whenever I attempt to boot from the SSD, the Windows logo appears for about three seconds before the system powers off completely. Initially, I assumed it was a power supply problem, so I disconnected most components except fans and swapped the green pin to a black one on the 24-pin connector. The power supply still worked longer than expected. Later, I removed the SATA cable from the SSD and tried booting from another drive with Windows installed. This time it stayed on but didn't boot at all. I also replaced every component except the CPU (run out of thermal paste). Now I'm stuck using a MacBook instead of my workstation, which is not ideal. If anyone has any suggestions, I really appreciate it!
