It seems there are two separate concerns. First, the GPU might not be securely connected—check that it’s fully plugged in and the power connectors are correctly attached. Second, if the USB isn’t functioning, the issue could be with the port or the connection itself.

It's fully connected with no additional PCIE port available and we lack another GPU or motherboard.

PCIE power cables are correctly connected at both ends (power supply and graphics card). Regarding the USB, it seems either the port is damaged or the device's plug is faulty.
