I have no idea why the folder name would change, but yes, it's the same thing. The dump file doesn't really point to anything, it was a Windows service having an exception. An exception means that it didn't run correctly. There are several reasons why that could happen which would need several more dump files to determine. So unfortunately not much help to get from this.

I understand, that's not ideal. I checked and discovered that turning off FreeSync resolved the problem, indicating it's related to 4K at 144 Hz with FreeSync enabled. It's odd, so I'll continue investigating. If I encounter more BSODs or additional diagnostic data, I'll share them. Thanks again!

I managed to tackle this task eventually. However, I’m still facing the same problem even on another drive—what might be causing it?

Is the Windows setup fresh on the new storage? You might also test removing one RAM stick at a time to check if it improves performance. Try each stick separately in the system.

I had previously installed Windows on a new drive, wiped it clean, and performed a fresh installation. The Crucial P3 Pro drive was different from the standard P5 Pro, but I’m attempting to extract data from it. Previously, using two monitors didn’t cause this issue. It seems FreeSync might be the reason—turning it off resolved the problem, even without the second monitor. This suggests a potential connection between the display settings and the data retrieval. It’s still concerning, but it points to a possible hardware or software interaction.
