Did your ISP supply you with a straightforward modem or a gateway? A gateway combines modem, router, and access point features into one device. If it’s a gateway, have you activated “bridge” mode so that your TP-Link router manages routing? Does your wired PC rely on a fixed internal IP outside the DHCP range configured by the TP-Link router? Unless so, consider setting this up.
