First, sorry if I'm posting on the wrong spot - this is my very first time here. My Windows 11 PC has been acting weird for a few months now. When it starts up, I see that loading circle forever instead of opening normally. Meanwhile, my second screen keeps clicking loudly (I don't know if that's related). I've had to force shut down about three times just so the system can try fixing itself again. What's strange is that once the repair finishes and brings me back to Windows options (like Safe Mode or CMD), I usually pick "Perform system repair." So it loops: I get stuck on the splash screen, then I'm back at the repair screen, but if I choose "Continue," I see "Diagnosing your PC" again. It goes this way forever until I click "Continue to Windows." Everything feels okay now that I've done a System repair once and can finally log in. Specs: Windows 11 Pro, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 B450M Gaming Plus, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 3060. Troubleshooting steps already taken: unplugged from the dock with just one monitor attached, ran sfc and DISM many times, booted from installation media to do a full scan. Not sure what else I should try? I haven't tried moving the RAM around yet because it's worked fine after my last repair lol. Thanks!
