I woke up today to start my computer so I could finish Lies of P, everything worked fine last night until around 3:30 am when I got out. When I turned on my PC today, it wouldn’t boot. I tried disconnecting the CPU power, the 24-pin connector, and a new AC power cable. My monitor is connected to the motherboard’s graphics, but the system still won’t turn on—should I assume the PSU needs replacing?

No LEDs or fans are spinning. I've tested three different power outlets in my room, connected my display port to the built-in graphics, and it's recognized which component is causing confusion. I'm trying to figure out if the problem is with the power supply unit or the motherboard. I've also replaced all my RAM.
Could you confirm if you have another PSU available for testing purposes?
