It seems like the device powers on by pressing the power button, causing RGB lights to activate, fans to spin briefly, then turn off, repeating the cycle. The PSU appears to be off according to the video. What could this setup be testing or demonstrating?

I replaced one RAM stick and everything functioned well, then tested the 1st and 3rd slots too—it worked. I’m planning to maintain this setup and just wanted to check if there would be any minor impact on performance.
